Gardener to Farmer practices a method of growing known as "boutique farming". We are small quantity, high quality growers with specialized or unusual produce. We strive to offer veggies and fruit that generally aren't grown by larger farms. We are interested in  supporting local, small scale growers.

Restaurants that utilize our services are considered "Produce Partners". G2F is interested in having a relationship with our clients...we want to get to know you, and you us...really learn about where your produce originates.

Seed to Table Marketing is a service we offer to our "Produce Partners".  We document the life of our plants, from seed to harvest, develop a format and text, and create collateral that you can display in your restaurant. Having this information posted, particularly when you are featuring a particular vegetable, informs clients, supports your local growers and helps reduce concerns about origination and safety.
